Teak Altar Table with Drawer

This altar table is absolutely gorgeous. It arrived in one piece. Solid Teak. I couldn't be happier! I'm admittedly a snob for real furniture that's made from real wood! Worth every penny.

This is a sturdy, practical altar/table that looks nice. The table is the right height for when I am on my meditation cushion. The lower shelf works well to hold the books I’m working with and the drawer is good for mala beads and small items. The overall size works well in my small space. The only minor issues are cosmetic. The top is comprised of two boards that do not meet evenly so there is a little ridge or lip. There is also a small dent in one corner of the top. These things do not significantly detract from the function or appearance of the table. Overall I am satisfied and I feel the table works very well for me. I looked many places and this is definitely the best item at a reasonable cost that I found.

This altar is just the right size for my purposes. I like its clean and simple design. Only one flaw. The bottom of the drawer was not attached properly. The manufacturer missed with the brads they used, and they did not attach the bottom of the drawer to the sides. This was an easy fix. I used my own brads and was able to attach it properly. Problem solved and it works just fine. Other than that the quality is pretty good. It's sturdy and well put together. It also came fully assembled, which was nice.
